NSS module providing hosts resolver.
 Userhosts NSS module parses ~/.hosts file from each user home directory.
 File's format is equivalent to /etc/hosts.
 Extip NSS module returns IPs listed in /var/run/firewall/extip on query 
 to hostname "extip.localhost".
